QUALITY POLICY
Aquateste, Análises e Tratamento de Águas, Unipessoal, Lda., assumes that competence and trust, safety and quality of the service provided are essential and determining factors for the success of the Company, business partners and the satisfaction of its Customers. These competences are uncompromisingly observed and implemented by Aquateste's human resources, both in terms of the procedures adopted and in terms of continuous training, and are the guarantee of the provision of an excellent, quality service to its Customers.
Aquateste is a company that provides consultancy services within the scope of environmental preservation and food safety, providing services, among others, laboratory analysis in the area of identification and control of water pollutants and waste, assessment of the quality and healthiness of food products, as well as the prevention and control of Legionella bacteria in different risk facilities.
In order to consolidate and have its competence recognised by an independent external entity, Aquateste has implemented and certified a quality management system which complies with the normative requirements of NP EN ISO 9001, customer requirements and legal and regulatory requirements, focusing on the continuous improvement of its procedures and processes.
Aquateste's Management is committed to continuously improve and optimise the performance and effectiveness of its quality management system and to keep it up to date.
